One summer, two cards

We’ve partnered with the Kärnten Card and the Gravity Card.

When the first buds start sprouting and the warm sunrays shine on your face, you know summer isn’t far away. We’re already waiting on the wings for the summer season to start and are looking forward to wonderful hikes with impressive panoramic views. To exciting family adventures throughout Carinthia. And to explore Europe’s coolest trails by mountain bike.

As a cooperation partner of the Kärnten Card and the Gravity Card, we combine two highlights for enthusiastic hiking and biking fans in our range of offers. What exactly does this mean and what advantages does it offer for your perfect summer? Happy reading!

KÄRNTEN CARD.

The key to a wide range of hiking and leisure experiences throughout Carinthia.

Over 100 experiences. Only 1 card.

The Kärnten Card has been around for over 25 years. As a weekly or season ticket, it has become an integral part of the tourism offer throughout Carinthia. Whether you’re taking the cable car to the most beautiful peaks, taking a boat trip across the lake Millstättersee or visiting the zoo – the Kärnten Card lets guests as well as locals enjoy a variety of discounted or free leisure experiences and great discounts at around 60 bonus partners.

Kärnten Card at the Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen.

It’s hard to imagine the palette of experiences of the Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen without the Kärnten Card. This is no surprise, because in summer everyone really gets their money’s worth here: those seeking panoramic views can enjoy an extensive hiking trail network, young and old adventure seekers can explore the Active Park, numerous huts and alpine pastures tempt you with culinary delights and the Mountain Yoga Trail provides a few moments of mindfulness.

There’s a good reason why our group of companies has been involved in the Kärnten Card since its inception in 1996. The best thing about it? During the summer season, your Kärnten Card includes one ride up and down the mountain with the Kaiserburgbahn or the Biosphärenparkbahn Brunnach every day (excluding bike transport). Just show your summer Kärnten Card at one of our ticket counters and you’ll receive a ticket for the ascent and descent.

How to get your Kärnten Card.

We’re not only part of the Kärnten Card’s wide range of offers, but also its official sales partner. You can get it at the Thermal Römerbad ticket office or online in the Kärnten Card webshop itself

Important: The Thermal Römerbad is currently closed due to renovation work. From 26 May 2023, our team will be at your service again as usual.

Validity.

In general, your summer Kärnten Card is valid from 01 April to 05 November 2023 and can be used as often as you like. In any case, please check the opening and season times of the respective destinations before your visit. The summer season of the Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen runs from 26 May to 01 November 2023. You can find all the details about the operating times of the Kaiserburgbahn and the Biosphärenparkbahn Brunnach on our website.

Final relaxation.

By the way, your cable car ticket gives you a 15% discount on admission to the thermal baths and sauna (from 4 hours), as well as all massage and beauty treatments in the Thermal Römerbad on the same day.

GRAVITY CARD.

28 bike parks for mountain bike fans and anyone who wants to become one.

28 bike parks. 1 ticket.

We’ve been an official partner of the Gravity Card since summer 2020. This means that our Flow Country Trail in Bad Kleinkirchheim is also one of the most legendary bike parks in Europe. Whether you’re a rookie or bike pro, and whether you’re into flowline, single trail or pump track – the Gravity Card is your key to an unforgettable biking season. No queuing at the ticket office.

The Bad Kleinkirchheimer Flow Country Trail.

Start with the Kaiserburgbahn cable car at 2,100 m above sea level. In addition to a fantastic panorama of the Nockberge mountains, Europe’s longest flow trail awaits you here. Covering 15 kilometres and with a gradient of up to 8%, the trail winds its way over forest and meadow paths into the valley. The trail descends an impressive 910 metres in altitude – over varied pumps, small jetties and exciting curves. If that’s not enough for you, why not also explore the four Nock Lake trails in the immediate vicinity of the Flow Country Trail.

Where to get the Gravity Card.

From 26 May 2023 you can purchase the Gravity Card at the ticket offices of the Kaiserburgbahn cable car and the Biosphärenparkbahn Brunnach cable car, as well as at the Thermal Römerbad. Or online in the Gravity Card webshop.

Validity.

The Gravity Card gives you unlimited access to the parks of the 28 bike partners from 8 April to 5 November 2023. You should still keep an eye on the opening hours of the individual bike parks. Our Flow Country Trail is open from 26 May to 15 October 2023*. Current weather forecasts and live webcam images are available on our website.

* Subject to any maintenance-related delays and weather-related challenges.

Newcomers.

You already know about the Gravity Card and can’t wait to get your hands on the new season ticket? Then it’s worth taking a look across the borders. That’s because in summer 2023, the Mottolino Bikepark in Livigno, the Bikepark Kronplatz in Italy, the Bikepark Laax in Switzerland and the Bikepark Szczyrk in Poland will also be part of the Gravity Card. Isn’t that cool?

So, what are you still waiting for? There’s nothing standing in the way of an unforgettable and eventful summer!
