More comfort for guests, fewer emissions for the town.
We as cable car operator are consistently continuing our focus on sustainability beyond cable car mobility. For your comfortable and emission-free mobility, Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen, in cooperation with Bacher Reisen, is relying on fully electric ski buses. Two new Mercedes eCitaro buses will be used on LINE A, which connects the five valley stations of the skiing area and the Thermal Römerbad.
Thanks to state-of-the-art battery technology, the battery capacity easily lasts a whole day. This is also thanks to innovative energy recovery (recuperation) during downhill runs. The buses are then charged after use with green electricity, some of which comes from the local energy community.
