We, Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen, Sport- u. Kuranlagen GmbH & Co. KG and Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen AG, are dedicated to ensuring our website complies with the Austrian Accessibility Act, as amended to reflect the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) regarding accessibility requirements for products and services. To support this commitment, the guidelines outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 have been followed to the greatest extent possible. This Accessibility Statement applies to the website www.badkleinkirchheim.com.
STATUS OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
This website is only partially compliant with the AA level of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2” owing to the following incompatibilities.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:
Some images and graphics may lack sufficient or complete alternative text. This does not meet the success criterion for non-text content. We aim to provide suitable alternative text for new content without delay and to update existing content progressively.
Our websites are developed in line with current technical standards and capabilities. We have conducted spot checks to review the technical sequence of elements within the main content. If you experience issues with specific elements, we kindly ask that you inform us.
We have also carried out random checks on our website for visual animations as well as audio and video files. Should you come across any additional audiovisual content that requires text alternatives or subtitles, or animations that still require interruption mechanisms, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Disproportionate burden:
Some of our videos do not have audio descriptions. This means the WCAG success criterion for recorded audio descriptions has not been fulfilled. We consider that remedying this would present a disproportionate burden as defined by the accessibility regulations.
The following content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
PDF documents and Office documents, mainly older ones, are not accessible. For example, PDF documents are not tagged, which prevents screen reader users from accessing or using them fully. This means the WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 (name, role, value) has not been met.
CREATION OF THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
This Accessibility Statement was created on 6 May 2025. The website's compliance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG) was evaluated through a self-assessment carried out in accordance with WCAG 2.2. This Accessibility Statement was last updated on 23 July 2025.
