We have also carried out random checks on our website for visual animations as well as audio and video files. ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE
If the response from the above contact does not meet your expectations, you may submit a complaint to the Complaints Office for the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form provided by the Complaints Office.
The FFG will examine the complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Austrian Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the Austrian Federal Government or an institution attributable to it.
If the complaint is upheld, the FFG is required to issue recommendations for action to the Austrian Federal Government or the relevant legal entities and suggest measures to address the deficiencies.
